Human Relations Representative

A 1991 graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, I was a recipient of a ROTC scholarship that funded mu College education. Upon graduation, I served three years as a Active Duty Army Officer in Germany, rising to the rank of Captain upon discharge from Active Duty. Upon releasing from the US Army, I gained employment at the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas as a Probation office in 1994, and served in that capacity until my retirement in 2024. While employed by said County, I simultaneously served as a Commissioned Officer with the United States Army Reserve (USAR) until my retirement in 2016 at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. It should be noted that my time spent in the the USAR, included three Combat tours in Iraq. Presently, I am employed as a Human Relations Representative with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and have been employed with said agency since September 03, 2024.
