As the Equal Opportunity Specialist 3/Goal Setting Specialist Supervisor for the Commonwealth of PA, Department of General Service's Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion, and Small Business Opportunities (BDISBO), Ms. Anderson helped to develop and implement the department's Goal Setting program. She plays a critical role in the expansion of BDISBO's socio-economic programs through active, equitable, and successful engagement of disadvantaged and minority businesses in the public procurement process and partners closely with purchasing agents and other key agency personnel and cross-functional stakeholders to build and execute strategies that create and grow procurement opportunities for small diverse businesses.
