Who Should Attend 

Anyone over the age of 19, regardless of education level, race, religious belief, or employment status who is sincerely interested in helping improve the community

Duration 

Sessions are held the third and fourth Fridays of each month from, January – June, 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

Location and Cost ​

The sessions are conducted VIRTUALLY, unless otherwise announced. Our physical site when required is provided by educational partners,  Harrisburg Area Community College and Penn State University – Harrisburg. 

With a $1,500 tuition. Limited scholarships are available.
