Pilz
Mila Pilz serves as a Civil Rights Mediator with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. As a graduate of the University of Denver, Pilz has MA degrees in Conflict Resolution and in International and Intercultural Communication. Pilz earned her BA degrees in Communication Studies and in Mass Communications from Bloomsburg University. Pilz is a mediator, facilitator and trainer in and in restorative justice facilitator. Prior to PHRC, Pilz worked with a Lancaster, PA organization providing mediation, restorative justice and training services. Pilz worked abroad in Amman, Jordan in two different elementary schools. Additionally, Pilz facilitated online workshops for Temple University Harrisburg’s Strength Based Leadership certificate program. Pilz is a 2015 graduate of the Leadership Lancaster Core class, a board member of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators and a member of the Junior League of Lancaster.
