Chief Equity Officer
Ellen Min is a second-generation, Korean-American woman. Her intersectional identities are the foundation of her leadership in education, equity, and the community. She found her way to Central Pennsylvania from Philadelphia through her studies at Dickinson College. She went on to receive her Master of Arts and Educational Leadership Certification from Penn State University. Ellen had a nearly twenty year career in education as a high school English teacher, school leader, and equity practitioner. She is currently the Chief Equity Officer for the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and an adjunct professor at Elizabethtown College’s School of Graduate and Professional Studies. Ellen’s passion extends to her community and is actively engaged in creating inclusive spaces of belonging. Ellen is currently a member of YPOC (Young Professionals of Color) and the co-founder and chair of HAAPI (Harrisburg Asian American Pacific Islanders).
