Bronx native Fiordaliza 'Ana' White has a longstanding history as a social change agent in her hometown of Harrisburg, PA. As a proud
Hbg City School District graduate, she went on to obtain her BA in Sociology and Educational Studies from Denison University. It was
there that she grew her love for both writing and social activism. She began Way With Words Consulting Services in 2015 after her
decade-long behind-the-scenes work in social services, projects, crisis management, and academic and professional writing services
in her community. She continues this work through her organization as an entrepreneur, intentionally focusing on outcome-driven DEI
workforce development. She currently serves as a program manager, assisting in cultivating inclusive performance management for
companies and organizations both locally and statewide. She also has 4 beautiful children to share on her list of successes and
accomplishments.
