Assistant Chief Counsel

Keirstyn Marcucci, Esq. is Assistant Chief Counsel for the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission where she prosecutes employment discrimination, housing discrimination and public accommodation cases on behalf of the Commission. Prior to joining the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Keirstyn was a Managing Attorney at Summit Legal Aid, where she ran their fair housing project, which included writing and managing the Fair Housing Initiative Program grant. In addition to running the fair housing project, Keirstyn also represented parents in custody litigation and managed a team of six. Keirstyn attended Pennsylvania State University for undergrad, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in history and minors in German and Political Science. Keirstyn was a part of Schreyer Honors College while at Penn State. Keirstyn attended University of Pittsburgh School of Law where she graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2018.
