Michael

Hale Jr

PHRC

Human Relations Representative 2

I have served as a public servant for around seven years, first working as an intern with the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons. I was tasked with writing the analysis dossiers of convicted criminals including individuals serving life sentences in the state of PA. My analysis was used to by board members to inform binding decisions which would decide the fates of convicts and felons. My service was cited for merit and I was given a letter of recommendation personally signed by Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor Mike Stack. I then served for three years under Josh Shapiro as Attorney General, serving as a clerk and then rising to become a badged Consumer Protection Agent. I contributed to several investigations with the Attorney Generals Office. I then accepted a job offer with the PHRC, in which I have served as an investigator for 4 years. I currently specialize in complaint drafting and intake investigations, in which I conduct interviews to create legal allegations of discrimination.
