Human Relations Representative III
I am a Human Relations Representative III for the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. I supervise investigators who conduct investigations into employment and education discrimination. I was born and raised in New York. I attended the University of Maryland-College Park and received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Criminology. My studies and upbringing motivated me to help people through difficult situations and find alternate paths to better their circumstances. After college, I began my career with the State of Maryland as a Parole and Probation Agent. During my tenure, I supervised domestic violence cases. In addition, I worked with one of the state’s Pre-Release Centers helping individuals prepare to re-enter the community after incarceration. After retiring, I embarked on a second career investigating discrimination cases. The roles I have taken can be challenging but there is a meaningful purpose in helping others overcome obstacles and reach their goals.
