Khera Bowman is the Education and Outreach Coordinator for the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC). She serves as a liaison to PHRC’s advisory councils encouraging them to advocate, plan events, training, and discussions that educate and celebrate the diversity within their communities. She has her bachelor’s degree in mass communications and a minor in visual communications from York College of Pennsylvania. Khera is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Previously, she served as the communications coordinator for an inner-city school district, which currently reflects in her outreach efforts around the state. With a lengthy background working in the education field with educators, administration, and students in kindergarten through twelfth grade, she looks forward to continuing to build relationships and connections with others throughout her efforts.
