Morgan Winfindale

Morgan Winfindale was born and raised in the Harrisburg/Hershey area. She is a Human Relations Representative II for the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission out of the Harrisburg office. Before joining the PHRC, she worked in Child Welfare investigating allegations of child abuse. She earned her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Messiah University in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Outside of work, she enjoys doing home projects and is passionate about serving underprivileged communities in Miwani, Kenya through a local non-profit organization that helps children in sub-Saharan Africa, as well as their guardians, who are HIV positive or who have contracted AIDS and lack access to appropriate medical care.
