Renee Gray

Renée Gray joined Pennie™ in the fall of 2022 as a Senior Operations Project Manager bringing over 20 years of experience in project/program management and operations with a focus on process improvement in varying industries. In her role she is supporting the Operations Business area which includes Contact Center, IT, and Insurer Operations. She is managing multiple projects across those areas that encompass other areas of Pennie™.
Prior to joining Pennie™, Ms. Gray worked at Comcast for 10 years. She managed the Leave of Absence process and was able to reduce average leave days from 120 days to 58 days over a period of 18 months by enhancing processes while collaborating with the HR Business Partners across the cable business as well as Compliance and Legal. She was then tapped to be the Manager of Technical Operations of HR Shared Services with responsibility for all technology utilized in HR Shared Services including vendor management, configuration management and requirements gathering.
Ms. Gray graduated from Temple University with BBA. She resides in Bucks County, Pa with her family. She is active member of her church and likes to spend time reading and talking long walks.
